On Sunday morning when the acolyte walks down the aisle they are bringing light into the sanctuary. This light reminds everyone that God is with us.
At CCPC, all rising 3rd graders and above are encouraged to serve as acolytes on Sunday morning. If you have a child that is of age and interested in serving please call the church office.
Would you like to serve in a fun, easy way, while having the chance to meet people of all ages? Consider joining our team of ushers and greeters and be a friendly face to the CCPC’s family. Commitment can be as small as one Sunday a month. To get involved, please call church office.
From Psalm 84:10 - An usher is a “……doorkeeper in the House of God….” whose smile and warm welcome leads people into fellowship with Jesus Christ.
We believe it is important for parents to be able to attend Faith Formation classes and worship. To help facilitate this, nursery care is provided each Sunday morning during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. If you should be interested in caring for the smallest members of our family please contact church office.
Every Sunday, after time with Pastor Ben during worship, the 3 to 6 year olds are dismissed to Children’s Church. This is a time for them to enjoy music, stories, creative projects, and play. If you have a heart to teach and lead this group … we would love to hear from you. Please contact the church office.
